Sol Weiss
Founder, White Bear Capital
A founder, operator, and advisor who’s walked the journey — and now helps others navigate it.
With over two decades of experience building, scaling, and exiting companies, Sol Weiss brings a founder-first perspective to every partnership. He led the acquisition, transformation, and eventual private equity exit of Millin Associates, a healthcare revenue cycle management billing software service and SaaS platform (Millin Pro) that became an industry benchmark under his leadership.
As the founder of White Bear Capital, Sol combines deep operating experience with a strategic eye for M&A. He and his team oversee all aspects of buy-side and sell-side engagements — from valuation and financial modeling to diligence, negotiation, and closing. He also leads the development of all client-facing materials, buyer outreach strategies, and maintains a trusted network of strategic and financial acquirers.
Sol's team has helped founders prepare for premium exits, modernize operations, and position their businesses for standout outcomes. He also partners earlier through White Bear’s incubation model, offering capital, guidance, and hands-on support to help founders navigate what’s next.
